Our history
Pastaio Fiorentino srl, is a company with over 50 years of experience in the food sector that guarantees quality products linked to an artisan tradition.
Through constant research in the difficult field of fresh products, it has used its results to continually implement new investments and new production capacities, specializing in the production of potato gnocchi and corn polenta.
By means of pasteurization Pastaio Fiorentino products have the ability to be preserved for a long time while maintaining their natural freshness.
The company guarantees continuity in tradition, always looking for new proposals to improve its products, its knowledge of the food industry and the satisfaction of the Italian and foreign customer and consumer.

Family production
Since 1990 the company has dedicated itself to the production of gnocchi and polenta, then run by the Paoletti Innocenti family.
They started with a small factory where the first artisanal gnocchi were produced, with raw materials that came from our territory.
The company had just 3 employees and mainly covered the local market.
But already at the end of the 90s the goodness of the products led to a notable increase in production, and new forces entered the company.

The Pastaio Fiorentino srl factory is located in Sesto Fiorentino, on the outskirts of Florence, and has been1990.
In all these years we have always implemented both the structure, the tools and the machinery with new technologies to adapt production to regulations and modern production needs while keeping in mind the craftsmanship of the finished product.
